FIRST MALLORCA CLASSIC CAR WEEK TO BE CELEBRATED IN PALMA & PUERTO ADRIANO – SEPTEMBER 21 – 25 TH

For the first time in Mallorca, two elegant worlds will be presented by the island’s leading Classic Car Clubs and hosted by Puerto Adriano superyacht marina. From Wednesday, September 21st through to Sunday, September 25th, the owners of classic cars and super yachts will meet with friends of antique cars and motor bikes.

A whole programme of events for classic car enthusiasts include an evening opening ceremony on Palma’s Paseo Maritimo at the “Boat House”. The event then motors on to the designer superyacht marina of Puerto Adriano on Saturday, September 24th, starting at 11.00 am with an “American Car Show” featuring approximately 100 classic cars. This will be followed by the “International Concours d’Elégance” from 16.30 with prizes for the most beautiful and best kept vehicles. An evening party celebrating the next 100 years of BMW will start at 20.00.

On Sunday, September 25th, participating cars will drive from Puerto Adriano on a guided “Mallorca Sightseeing Drive” through the island’s south west finishing off with a prize giving ceremony in the afternoon.

Enthusiasts can participate if they own cars or motorbikes manufactured prior to 1991 and all the participating teams are invited to attend dressed in style of their vehicle’s origin.
