– TWO NEW RESTAURANTS AWARDED:
– ADRIÁN QUETGLAS IN PALMA & ARGOS IN PUERTO POLLENSA
Mallorca continues to establish its reputation for gastronomy with a further two Michelin star restaurants to add to its growing collection.
The new restaurants featured in the latest Michelin Guide are Adrián Quetglas in Palma’s city centre. The Argos restaurant in the popular seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa in the north of the island is headed up by chef, Álvaro Salazar, who has created a menu focused on the best of Mediterranean cuisine using fresh local produce.
